    Marvin The Martian

Debut Year: 1948 Notable Appearance: Marvin The Martian In The Third Dimension How He's Villainous: Hailing from Mars, Marvin the Martian is all too happy to destroy the Earth and its inhabitants. His reasons are far more petty than warmongering - for example, he once wanted to get rid of it because it was obstructing his view of Venus. Occasionally, he does show a desire to learn more about Earth instead of just wrecking it, but he usually expresses his curiosity by kidnapping Earth’s inhabitants.

    Wile E. Coyote

Debut Year: 1949 Notable Appearance: Gee Whiz-z-z-z-z-z How He's Villainous: Wile E. Coyote has dedicated his life to capturing the Road Runner, presumably to eat him. He concocts elaborate plans using devices purchased from ACME, but those plans usually backfire. And, boy, do they backfire spectacularly.

    Yosemite Sam

Debut Year: 1945 Notable Appearance: Hare Trimmed How He's Villainous: Depending on the episode, Yosemite Sam might appear as a police officer, a gladiator, or a pirate. No matter his profession, he’s always in some sort of conflict with Bugs. Unlike some of Bugs’s foes, he’s usually smart enough not to fall for the same trap twice. But he’ll also spend the whole time yelling, cursing, and trying to harm wild animals. Also, the man loves his pistols.

    Elmer Fudd

Debut Year: 1937 Notable Appearance: Rabbit Seasoning How He's Villainous: Elmer Fudd seems cheerful and unassuming, but he’s also a hunter who loves shooting rabbits - or as he calls them, “wabbits.” He isn’t usually trying to eat them, either - for Fudd, it’s more about the thrill of the hunt. To be fair, he's become more of a main player than occasional villain over the years.

    Tasmanian Devil

Debut Year: 1954 Notable Appearance: Dr. Devil and Mr. Hare How He's Villainous: The Tasmanian Devil, or Taz, is less of a consciously evil person and more of a chaotic force of nature. He’s driven by his seemingly endless appetite to devour and destroy everything in his path, including rocks and shrubs. If anything, the state of his digestive system seems most worrying.

    Sylvester

Debut Year: 1945 Notable Appearance: Ain't She Tweet How He's Villainous: While Syvester’s personality varies a bit depending on who is directing the episode, he usually plays the antagonist against either Tweety Bird or Speedy Gonzalez. Specifically, he’s trying to eat them. Because that's what cats do, obviously.

    Rocky and Mugsy

Debut Year: 1946 and 1954 Notable Appearance: Bugsy and Mugsy How They’re Villainous: Rocky and Mugsy are a duo of gangsters. While Rocky is fairly intelligent, Mugsy is about as intelligent as an average potato. Their main motivation is money, but they do more than just steal cash - they also try to kidnap Daffy because they think he lays golden eggs. Profit is always their endgame and they'll get it by any means necessary.

    Gossamer

Debut Year: 1946 Notable Appearance: Hair-Raising Hare How He's Villainous: In most of Gossamer’s appearances, he’s a large, violent monster who works as a henchman for a mad scientist or some other similar person. In one instance, he’s offered spider goulash as a reward for trying to harvest Bugs’s brain, which makes him seem even more unsettling. “Spider goulash” sounds truly terrible in every way.

    Witch Hazel

Debut Year: 1954 Notable Appearance: Broom-Stick Bunny How She's Villainous: As her name and appearance imply, Witch Hazel is a prototypical evil witch. She’s first seen attempting to cook and eat children, though she later turns her attention to Bugs Bunny. She's mean; she's green; she isn't really all that obscene since these are cartoons for children, but you get the idea.

    Daffy Duck

Debut Year: 1937 Notable Appearance: Duck Amuck How He's Villainous: Daffy Duck isn’t always a villain - he’s been in countless cartoons where his role and personality varies significantly. He goes from being a sarcastic and silly protagonist to being a cruel and narcissistic villain. For example, in one episode, he intentionally keeps a group of mice away from a well for no reason outside of making them miserable. Not exactly heroic material from WB's main duck.
