Judy Garland was married to Vincente Minnelli from 1945 to 1951. Minnelli was believed to be gay, only marrying women to keep up appearances in Hollywood.

Fran Drescher was married to Peter Marc Jacobson from 1978–1999. They separated when Jacobson revealed that he was gay in 1996. Drescher says, "Our love is unique, rare, and unconditional; unless he’s being annoying."

Carrie Fisher was married to Bryan Lourd from 1991–1994. They divorced when he came out as gay. The couple has one daughter together.
